NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: “[Humidor and 30 Sticks]” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is only open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of EGEE Media Holdings, L.L.C. (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (all of the above, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the employee's immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), regardless of where they live, and household members (who share the same residence at least 3 months during the year), are ineligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Residents of Kentucky, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Washington State are not eligible to enter.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or order will not increase the chance of winning. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) 6/01/08, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST 12/31/08 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received or postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

To enter, persons who meet the eligibility requirements and have read and agreed to these Official Rules either (a) may visit www.uscigarstore.com/index_sw.php (the “Website”) and complete the online registration form, and be entered into the Sweepstakes at that time or (b) may enter without registering by legibly printing your full name, complete address and telephone number, and email address (optional), on a 3” x 5” card. At the bottom of the card please print “I have read and agree to the “Humidor and 30 Sticks” Sweepstakes Official Rules.” and sign your name. Mail with sufficient postage to: 1133 Trentini Ave. Wake Forest, NC, 27587. All entries sent by mail must be postmarked by 12/14/08 to be included in the drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Should more than one (1) entry per person be received, Sponsor reserves the right to void all such entries. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, scrambled or damaged entries. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected or mutilated mail. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. By participating, entrants agree that the decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes and release the Promotion Entities from all liability concerning the Sweepstakes. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. For entries received through the website, the entrant will be deemed to be the registered owner of the email address.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization from all entries meeting the requirements described above. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. One winner and a first and second alternate will be selected at each drawing. In the event a winner is unable or fails to accept any prize for any reason, the first alternate and then the second alternate will be selected. All prizes will be awarded.

4. PRIZES AND ODDS: Prize winners will each receive one (1) Amore 425 50 count humidor and 30 select, premium hand rolled cigars. Total Value of all Prizes ARV $306. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing. All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be notified by electronic mail (e-mail) or U.S. mail. Each winner may be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility including the winner’s Social Security Number and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within 15 days of notification, or winner’s prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. A 1099 form may be issued for any winner who receives a prize totaling $600 or more. Upon acceptance of the winner’s executed and notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release, prizes will be mailed to each winner’s street address as specified on the entry form. By entering this Sweepstakes or accepting any prize, entrants release and hold harmless each of the Promotion Entities and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities arising out of this Sweepstakes or use or misuse of the prizes awarded hereunder. Sponsor assumes no liability or responsibility for damages, losses or injury resulting from this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries or death arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, or the winner’s use of any prize, they will indemnify each of the Promotion Entities and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all such claims, including the attorneys’ fees related thereto. By accepting a prize and executing the publicity release, each winner agrees, where lawful, that Sponsor may use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, voice, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true), for publication, advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

6. ADMINISTRATION OF SWEEPSTAKES: Entrant is responsible for all on-line charges incurred with any Internet service provider and/or wireless carrier. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries. No mechanical reproduction of entries accepted. Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate or modify the Sweepstakes and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.uscigarstore.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action. NOTE: Entries must be made only by eligible individuals at the authorized website specified in these Official Rules or by U.S. mail as described herein. Entries made by any other individual or entity and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and as such ruled ineligible for this Sweepstakes.
